Sheriffs Seek Thieves Who Bought Best Buy Computers with Stolen Identities

The victim reported the identity theft on July 25, but this duo used credit cards on July 12.

A Santa Cruz County resident reported last week that someone opened credit card accounts in their name and made a lot of fraudulent purchases.

Sheriff's deputies found videos of the purchases made on July 12 at Best Buy. The pair bought two Macbook Pro computers.
