Celebrate Santa Cruz Patch's One-Year Anniversary Party at the MAH

Join Santa Cruz Patch in celebrating its one-year anniversary on Friday! Held in conjunction with the Museum of Art and History's free First Friday, the event will feature food, drinks, presentations and lots of live music.

At 5 p.m. listen to a discussion between Santa Cruz Patch editor Brad Kava and CTV producer Daniel Howell about the top 10 Santa Cruz news stories of 2011. Then at 6:30 p.m. groove to the artist stylings on local jazz band Barney and the Dinosaurs in the Atrium.

Thanks for the Patch Party! I enjoyed meeting Brad Kava and some of the other Patch editors. Now, I need to look up the story about the man living with the corpse... Gross!

Thanks Karen and everyone for coming out to the party. Great pic, Karen. It was fun meeting you all and we are going to do it again. I'll also be staking out cafes and buying coffee for Patch readers who want to come in and suggest stories.

It may have been the largest Free First Friday that the Museum has hosted. 900 hundred people visited on Friday, 700 in the evening!
