Moms Support Circle

As Moms, we are our own biggest fan, worst critic and best friend.  Being a Mom is hard work, 24 hours a day…but with out taking care of our selves and with out finding that magical place of balance we wont be able to care for anyone else.  I invite you to take some time for YOUevery week and join our Moms Circle!

Most often, we spend our pregnancy learning about our growing baby and planning for our birth…forgetting to nurture and prepare for the changes that occur after the baby is born.  Our babies don’t come with an instruction manual and we NEED the feedback from other moms to validate our feelings, check our sanity and find new ways to cope with all the new joys and challenges.  Whether your child is 1 week, 1 year or heading off to college, with their constant changes, aren’t we always “New Moms” in need of support!?

Topics often include changes in your relationships, sleep issues, breastfeeding, emotional highs and lows….and much much more!

Babies in arms usually come with their mama, but a mama with empty arms can enjoy some much needed “Mommy Time” with us too!

(There is no age limit for babies/children to tag along, but please note that discussions can be candid & emotional at times and some children are sensitive to it!)

The only rules are that you come with an open mind, open heart and promise to honor the circle as a sacred place.

320 River Street, Santa Cruz CA

This group is offered on a drop-in basis, come whenever you can (even if it’s 20 minutes late….we are on mommy time!)  We ask for a  small donation of $5 – $15 if you can afford it. You will not be turned away if you can’t pay, please come join us!
