The Surf City Santa Cruz Kiwanis Club recently installed a light in the town clock and a plaque in memory of Sergeant Butch Baker and Detective Elizabeth Butler.
"The kind and generous hearts in clubs like our Surf City Santa Cruz Kiwanis Club are what makes our community a great place," said the Santa Cruz Police Department. "We are honored by your incredibly thoughtful gift to Butch and Elizabeth."
