Check out Apple's latest commercial and its Santa Cruz references. It started running Wednesday.
Santa Cruz County Conference and Visitor's Council communications director Christina Glynn said she saw it for the first time yesterday and thought it would be good for the county.
"Any national exposure will help put Santa Cruz on the map," she said.
The Visitor's Council also had some good news this week. It released a new free travel app for smart phones that lists parks, restaurants, attractions and anything a visitor would need.
