Santa Cruz is the Fifth Happiest City in the U.S.

Napa is first. Green Bay, sixth? This is based on tweets from the cities.

OMG!

A survey in The Atlantic magazine has just ranked Santa Cruz the fifth happiest city in the nation, just above Green Bay(?!).

Napa was voted happiest. Of course, all that wine. Santa Cruz...the dispensaries? Green Bay...the beer? 

The survey was based on tweets -- a dubious method of measurement, perhaps, but it does what was intended: get's people talking.
