Upcoming Red Cross Blood Drives in Santa Cruz County

Visit the Red Cross website to make an appointment to donate.

Blood donations typically decline during the summer months, especially around the Independence Day holiday.

The American Red Cross is encouraging eligible blood donors of all blood types, especially those with type O negative, B negative and A negative blood,to make and keep donation appointments to help maintain the blood supply and prevent a shortage.

With your help, we can make this happen – ensuring blood is available now and all summer long to help save lives in our community and across the country.
