"David Jay Brown-the author of Mavericks of the Mind, Conversations on the Edge of the Apocalypse, Over the Edge of the Mind, and numerous other books about the evolution of consciousness-was recently in a serious car accident and really needs your help to recover.
Although no one was seriously harmed, his home, his livelihood, and his career are all in serious jeopardy right now. He needs to raise around $10,000 for car repairs and legal fees over the next few weeks. The weekly's site is hacked and we can't link to the most recent story on Brown, published yesterday, calling him writer of the year.
