Albert Lee Band

Albert Lee’s name is well-known to guitar aficionados. During the ’60s, before becoming known for his recordings with American rock ‘n’ roll icons Bo Diddley and Jerry Lee Lewis, the British blues guitarist spent his ‘apprenticeship’ years performing in a number of English bands. Later work in the ’70s and ’80s with Jackson Browne, Emmy Lou Harris and Eric Clapton, cemented his reputation as a premier guitar-slinger. When not recording or touring for other musicians, Lee enjoys entrancing fans with his own band, which includes J.T. Thomas on keyboards; Will MacGregoron bass; and Jason Smith on drums. On The Town Tonight is his latest recording.
