Everyday People: First Friday Opening Art Reception

The Santa Cruz County Bank is hosting a new art show, Everyday People, on display from January 26th through April 1st, 2011 and curated by Joan Blackmer.

Seven artists reveal familiar daily activities, routines, and attitudes of everyday people in current times. Collectively their portraits showcase the human condition at work, at home, and at play in oil, acrylic, watercolor, encaustic, pen and ink, and a range of mixed media.

Come meet the artists this Friday, February 4th, 2011 from 6pm to 8pm, for the exhibit's First Friday Opening Art Reception at 720 Front Street, Santa Cruz. We hope you see you there!
