Join the City of Santa Cruz for their spook-tacular Halloween on the Wharf event on the evening of October 31st! Little witches, goblins, and ghosts and their parents can enjoy safe and sane trick-or-treating in wharf businesses at this fun, family friendly event. This event is free and open to the public.
