After four years on lower Pacific Avenue, the western-themed clothing stores closing its store at 803 Pacific Ave. Thursday.
That's the bad news. The good news is that its shelves are stocked with great deals. Boots that cost hundreds of dollars elsewhere are going for $20. Hand-tooled belts are $10 and shirts and western artifacts are priced to move.
Nothing in the store is more than $20, although it's worth far more. A clerk wasn't sure if the store would be open Thursday, but it will be open until 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The store will continue in the virtual world at www.idlehandsdrygoods.com and at fairs and festivals.
