Greek cuisine represents the fresh produce, seafood, herbs and flavors of the Mediterranean, with simple preparation, and minimal spices to allow the purity and richness of the ingredients to shine through. Ingredients such as honey, feta, olives, lemon and pungent Greek oregano are commonly used in Greek cooking. In this class we’ll use fresh seasonal local ingredients and introduce you to cooking some traditional Greek dishes as well as some of Greece’s more modern creations.
