One week class. Monday– Friday, June 25-29, 11 am – 1:30 pm daily
Chef and cookbook author Lauren Hoover-West will teach basic cooking skills and introduce healthy foods. In this hands-on cooking class, kids 7- 12 will make recipes that are yummy, nutritious, and free of gluten, dairy, refined sugar and corn. Your kids will be equipped to cook all three meals of the day, snacks and dessert for you and your family!
