 Seafood is highly nutritious, low in fat, and a great source of protein.  Great for your heart and your brain. Lucky for you it is easy to prepare and delicious when cooked just right. Having the Monterey Bay in our backyard we have access to a variety of fresh seafood all year round. Join us in a class where you will enjoy learning some sustainable fish fundamentals, and fabulous seasonal recipes! You will have a demonstration for filleting a whole fish along with more tips and tricks to cooking seafood successfully.
