“Community management professionals who have earned the CCAM certification have successfully completed our rigorous educational curriculum which encompasses only California law and best practices in community association management,” said Karen Conlon, president and CEO of CACM. “Certified community managers must stay on top of more than 1,200 California laws governing homeowners associations, with new updates to the law occurring almost on an annual basis. CACM offers managers the opportunity to concentrate strictly on California law, by far the most complex body of law governing homeowners associations in the nation.”
