One on One with Chelsea Good

Personal training

I have served many years now as a competitive athlete, always looking for a way to push myself further and to reach levels I haven’t been able to reach previously; one person who helped me move leaps and bounds in the right direction was Chelsea Good. Chelsea Good started as a national level competitive fitness model, after years of success in competing her heart now lies in the field of elite sports training, where she can put her expert knowledge to use and help guide those under her to levels of training not previously understood.

During my time with Chelsea I was training for an amateur Mixed Martial Arts fight, needless to say I needed to be in top shape physically and my cardiovascular system need to functioning at its highest point; so we focused a lot of explosive training, reaction time, and cardiovascular health. I was able to take everything I learned from my time with Chelsea and apply it to all aspects of life, not only physically was I a better athlete, but mentally I was a stronger person.

From my personal experience I can vow for Chelsea and her impressive resume which includes working with the likes of the Marinovich brothers (Marinovich Training Systems), Dwight Lowery (NFL Star) and Gray Maynard (former UFC title contender), an impressive resume for a young woman who has only been involved in this form of training for a couple of years.

I encourage anyone who is looking for something different from the tedious grind of day-in-day-out weight lifting to work with Chelsea, and try something new; I’ve found so far in my career as an athlete that you must be different, you must train your body in new ways, ask yourself questions “What can I do that I haven’t done before?”, try something new and take risks. This is what Chelsea is best at challenging your body, mind and spirit, but the result is priceless.
