With its fast, fresh and full burritos, Taqueria Vallarta took the crown in the peoples' choice for Santa Cruz's best burrito.
No surprise. , four of them in the city, speak to its success. There's one on 41st Ave, one Pacific downtown, one on Mission in the Westside and one on Soquel Ave.
Vallarta garnered 29 votes, followed by s 27.

Taqueria Vallarta's delicious authentic Mexican food is served in a clean, cheerful setting with friendly staff and quick service. The 20-table room is brightened by the large floor-to-ceiling murals painted by local artist Leo Dias. The menu is extensive, with choices for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
