A hands-on cooking class with Chef and cookbook author Talya Lutzker. Protein grounds us, sustains us, builds muscle mass and curbs unhealthy cravings. We need to get enough protein without weighing our bodies down and without turning to what seems like the obvious, but not necessarily best, choice of tofu and soy.
