Asian Cooking Class April 24
Chef and cookbook author Lauren Hoover-West will lead a hands-on Asian cooking class featuring Thai Tom Ka Soup, Mushroom Lettuce Wraps and Kung Pao Chicken ─ all without gluten, dairy and white sugar. At the end of class, a meal will be enjoyed along with an appropriate paired wine or beer. This is part three in a 6-week series, Cooking Around the World. Preregistration is required.
