Community Corner

Cohousing Forum at the MAH!

Join
us for an evening exploring the exciting, growing trend of cohousing

Originating
in Denmark (rated one of the world’s happiest countries), this effort to live
more sustainably and joyfully is spreading around the world.

Here in Santa Cruz, Walnut Commons Cohousing is opening its beautiful new
three-story building on Walnut and Center streets in the heart of downtown. Just two units left.

Join
us for a stimulating conversation with local cohousers, including members from
Coyote Crossing, La Selva Beach, New Brighton and even Vienna, Austria!

Learn
how cohousers balance community with privacy (fully equipped condos with
kitchens as well as shared community areas for meals and gatherings).

Discover how we’re reducing our ecological footprint (smaller living quarters, but
offering everything from expansive terraces to onsite parking).
