Having the Monterey Bay in our backyard we have access to a variety of fresh seafood all year round.

Seafood is highly nutritious, low in fat, and a great source of protein.  Fish is great for your heart and your brain. Lucky for you it is easy to prepare and delicious when cooked just right.

Join us in a class where Chef Eric Carter will guide you in sustainable fish fundamentals, and some fabulous seasonal recipes!

Skills taught: Handing, choosing sustainable, and storing fresh fish.  How to fillet a whole fish, fish recipe preparation techniques, Steaming, Baking,Pan frying and Stewing, flavor balancing, and how to get the delicate texture we are all looking for.
