Cooking Class: Healthy Fermented Foods
Hands-on cooking class with chef and author Talya Lutzker. Fermented foods contain loads of natural probiotics and have been used for centuries to ensure gut health and to add beneficial bacteria to our diet. You will make Raw Sauerkraut, Beet Kvass, and Coconut Kefir. they are surprisingly simple, tasty and easy to make.
