Jesse Scheinin and Forever

One of the most esteemed alumni of Kuumbwa Jazz’s education programs (first as a participant in our Summer Jazz Camp, then as a member of the Kuumbwa Jazz Honor Band), saxophonist Jesse Scheinin returns home to celebrate the release of his new album, Jesse and Forever. Having been mentored by Joshua Redman, Danilo Perez, and Billy Harper expect an evening filled with bold sonic explorations – part David Bowie, part Coltrane Quartet – while crossing the line between theatrical and exuberant.
