Jim Greiner Launches New SantaCruzDrumLessons.COM Web Site

Percussionist and educator Jim Greiner has just launched a new web site focusing on his local teaching: www.SantaCruzDrumLessons.com.



Jim teaches lessons, ongoing classes and playshops on Congas, Bongos, Timbales, Djembe, Doumbek, Frame Drums, Cajon, Udu, Shekere, and all manner of Caribbean, African and contemporary shakers, strikers and scrapers.  He teaches, and plays, a wide range of traditional and contemporary musical styles.  Jim’s students range from beginners to working musicians, and come for percussion & rhythm skills, recreation and personal empowerment.  



SantaCruzDrumLessons.com includes Jim’s teaching schedule, a demo video, information on his award-winning Rhythm Power® programs, instructional DVDs and CDs, and more!

Jim Greiner is an endorser/clinician for a number of leading music instrument manufacturers, including LP (Latin Percussion Instruments), Sabian Cymbals, ProMark Drumsticks, Gibraltar Drum Hardware, and Audix Microphones.  He is also a rare, seven-time winner of Drum! Magazine’s Readers Poll Awards for his performing and teaching, and a recent Gail Rich, Santa Cruz Artist of the Year Award.  Jim’s work has been featured on PBS, NPR, The Discovery Channel, The New York Post, and in many other publications.
