This fun, mini-culinary experience with Chef Lauren Hoover-West will bring out the chef in your child and he/she will walk away with a wealth of cooking knowledge. Your child will learn to make all three meals of the day, snacks, beverages and desserts that are all delicious and nutritious using healthy alternatives to wheat, gluten, dairy and white sugar. At the end of each camp day, the group will enjoy a well-balanced lunch and engage in conversation about food, cooking and healthy habits. Parents -- get ready to take the night off from cooking!
Each student will take home a copy of Chef Lauren’s book “ No Wheat, No Dairy, No Problem.”
