Workshop: Paté Making at Love Apple Farms

Whether you're creating hors d'oeuvres for a special occasion, or making edible gifts to share during the holidays, paté is a elegant food that can be made in a variety of ways, depending upon your personal preferences. Professional chef Maggie Cattell will guide students through the process of making three of her favorite paté recipes which she acquired during her culinary training in France:
