Homeless

Does anybody know what is up with the 2 vehicles parked at 7-11 on Mission St ? They have been parked there for over 2 years now and doesn't get told to move from Santa Cruz Police , but why ? I have seen the person in the blue jeep with alot of people hanging outside, while the guy is in there smoking (not weed) in the jeep with his poor dog inside. Both the jeep & the red van has been parked there for over two years. Why is this ? Is it because it is private property ? I know the owners of the laundry mat, and I'm sure this does affect the parking not only at the laundry mat but 7-11 and the other business there. Why would these people be allowed, when there is no sleeping in vehicles in Santa Cruz. Why is this and then doing drugs where the public does business ? I do not go to the 7-11 for this reason. These's guys most likely gets money , pays no rent, and allowed to squat..... Time for them to move on.
