After Putting the Photo Online, Santa Cruz Police Identify Woman Who Robbed Lenz

The public turned in its second suspect in crimes this month. Earlier, the mother of a man caught attacking a 63-year-old woman turned him in.

Police are two for two this month in getting public help identifying suspected thieves caught on video.

The latest is  Kamelia Hutchinson, 18, of Twain Harte, captured on video assaulting employees at Lenz Arts after she walked out without paying for items.

Police are seeking a warrant from the district attorney for her arrest after two people who saw her photos called to identify her. She has a record of shoplifting, they said, including being banned from the Capitola Mall.

Two weeks ago a man who allegedly attacked a 63-year-old woman on video, was turned in by his mother.
