WARRANT: being a sex offender on school grounds. Cortez is a registered sex offender who was recently seen on school grounds, a misdemeanor.

CAPITOLA POLICE

HOME: homeless
WARRANT: burglary. He was arrested for burglary and failed to return to court.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Onotiel Garcia Agraz
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: false imprisonment. He met a 17-year-old girl in 2008 and wanted to date her but allegedly became aggressive and possessive, and stalked the girl. He allegedly forced her into his truck and drove her to a friend's house so he could be with her, but she got away. He was arrested, bailed out and has not been seen since.

WARRANT: failing to register as a sex offender. Salgado was convicted of child molestation but has not registered as a sex offender—as required—since 2005.
