These are the people your local police agencies want to meet most. They get free room and board and a nice jumpsuit for their efforts.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Juan Gabriel Lopez
AGE: 35
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-4 and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Transient. He stays on lower Ocean Street in Santa Cruz and in various Watsonville homes.
WARRANT: Parole violation. Lopez is a parolled Watsonville gang associate who had been arrested numerous times in the past 10 years, police said. He was last arrested in Santa Cruz in July 2010. The California Department of Corrections has issued a no-bail felony warrant for his arrest.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jose Luis Espinoza
AGE: 36
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-10 and 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Drug sales. Police allege Espinoza is a heroin dealer. He was arrested in 2008, then skipped bail.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Wilfrido Herrera Hernandez

AGE: 46
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Unknown
WARRANT: Child molestation. He allegedly molested a child younger than 14 in the Live Oak area. He fled after the allegations surfaced in June 2010.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Coyle John Tracy, AKA Cole Tracy
AGE: 28
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-1 and 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Grand theft and domestic violence. Tracy allegedly stole two LCD TVs from his boss' RVs, was arrested, then failed to appear for court. He also has an arrest warrant for domestic violence.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Marcus John Sadd
AGE: 40
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-4 and 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: Possessing drugs and paraphernalia, battery. He failed to return to court after a court break.
