HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: failing to register as a sex offender. In 2005, Ramirez was arrested for
lewd acts with a minor younger than 14. He was required to register as a sex offender and this is the second time he has moved without registering.

Benjamin Scott Hart

DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 215 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Aptos
WARRANT: domestic violence. Hart was arrested by Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office for domestic violence. He has failed to appear in court and two warrants were issued for his arrest.
CAPITOLA POLICE

HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: drug possession. Mallar was arrested for possessing of narcotics. Mallar failed to show up at court and a bench warrant was issued.
SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Dina Downard, AKA Nerdina Downard

DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 105 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: drug possession. Downard was arrested by Scotts Valley Police and the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office for possessing methamphetamine. She failed to appear in court and has two warrants for her arrest.
