Fugitive Friday: Criminal Threats and Sexual Battery

Santa Cruz police are looking for 29-year old Mark Miller in connection to a crime against a female victim.

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted—and one was picked up this week. Have you seen any of the other fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE

Mark Miller
AGE: 29
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: unknown, hangs out in Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Criminal threats and sexual battery. On May 18, Mark Miller entered a downtown business and threatened to stab the female victim. Miller also sexually battered the victim and made threats to kill her. A Ramey warrant was issued.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Ermillo Herrera Padilla Jr.
AGE: 32
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Felon in possession of a firearm, selling ammunition to a minor, assault with a deadly weapon and drug possession while carrying a firearm. Padilla failed to appear in court.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Antonio Rocha
AGE: 31
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Drug sales and gang participation. Rocha is on probation for sales of a controlled substance with a gang enhancement. He failed to comply with terms of his probation.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Jonathan Keahey
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 168 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Gilroy
WARRANT: Elder abuse. He was arrested on two counts and failed to appear in court.
