Erik Vlach
AGE: 21
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-9, 165 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Felony armed robbery, car-jacking, failure to appear in court. In November 2010, Vlach allegedly took a person’s car keys and car at knife-point. Vlach and another suspect were arrested, but he has failed to make mandatory court appearances.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Rufino Rocha Torres
AGE: 42
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville, Salinas
WARRANT: Felony lewd act with child by force. In September 2008, Torres allegedly sexually abused a 12-year-old girl at a party and fled after being confronted by family.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Sean Brandon Stuart
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-2, 210 pounds, black hair, brown eyes
HOME: Seaside
WARRANT: Felony grand theft. Stuart was witnessed allegedly stealing a $4,000 laptop from his employer’s customer. When the employer attempted to confront him, he never returned to work.
SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Brittany Beecher
AGE: 24
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-3, 135 pounds, brown hair, green eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Felony drug charges. Beecher has three active arrest warrants for narcotics possession, influence and absconding.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jose Angel Longoria
AGE: 33
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes
HOME: transient
WARRANT: Felony attempted murder. In March 2008, Longoria reportedly struck a man with a 2-by-4 plank then fled into the Pajaro River levee area.
