SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Timothy Lybrand
AGE: 48
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 230 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Probation violation. The warrant stems from an arrest in Santa Clara County for methamphetamine possession. Santa Cruz police want to question him about other crimes.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Enrique Jimenez Santiago
AGE: 23
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Domestic violence and violating a court order. In April 2009, he allegedly beat his live-in girlfriend, who had a restraining order against him, then fled before police arrived.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Richard Derbin
AGE: 47
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Domestic violence. He missed court.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jose Jimenez Ortiz
AGE: 21
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Assault with a deadly weapon.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Rafael Jara Diaz
AGE: 46
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Child molest. Diaz is wanted on suspicion of seven counts of lewd acts with a minor and a felony arrest warrant for a probation violation.
