Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted. Have you seen any of this week's fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Philip Willis
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has "Erin" tattooed on the left side of his neck.
HOME: Frequents lower eastside of Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parole violation. Willis has violated his parole terms and has prior arrests for vehicle thefts, narcotic violations and resisting arrest.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Anthony Augustine Villalobos
AGE: 39
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Parolee at large, possessing of a loaded firearm, resisting arrest and a parole violation. He ran from officers in 2009 when cops came across him in the Mi Pueblo parking lot. He was tazed and arrested. Police found a loaded firearm in his pocket—where he had been reaching before he was shocked with the stun gun. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Gregory Hagio Sr.
AGE: 41
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Del Rey Oaks
WARRANT: Assault with a deadly weapon and burglary. Hagio went into Garden Liquors and Deli and assaulted the cashier and a
customer with a group of other suspects.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Grace Ann Edwards
AGE: 20
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 109 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Soquel
WARRANT: Possession of a controlled substance. Police caught her with drugs.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Francisco Alvarez Quiroz
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Livermore
WARRANT: Auto theft and burglary. Francisco shoplifted from Nob Hill
Foods and fled in a stolen vehicle. He was apprehended and booked for burglary and auto theft, then missed a court date.
