WARRANT: Domestic violence, possession of a firearm and drug sales.

DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 170 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Failing to appear in court for several cases involving the sale of marijuana.
Philip Willis
AGE: 31
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Wanted parolee. He iis a documented gang member who failed to appear in court. He has a history of auto theft and drug use. Willis was located by police on Aug. 25 in Santa Cruz's Beach Flats neighborhood but eluded arrest.
