Indecent Exposure Arrest Downtown
Police arrested a 54-year-old transient at the Front Street parking lot.
Santa Cruz Police arrested Kenneth Imel, 54, Sunday after he reportedly exposed himself to a woman at the Front Street parking garage.
The victim said she was sitting in her car on the ground floor, waiting for her boyfriend to get off work, when Imel exposed himself and masturbated in front of her.
She called her boyfriend who followed Imel to Front and Laurel streets, where police arrived and arrested him.
