A 46-year-old Santa Cruz man has been arrested for allegedly stalking his ex-wife, police said.
Scott Talbot was arrested Friday morning outside his home in the 100 block of Plateau Street for allegedly violating a domestic violence restraining order that was obtained by his ex-wife, according to Santa Cruz police.
During a search of his home, detectives seized two shotguns and one handgun, police said. One of the shotguns was found in a secret compartment in a wall.
As a condition of the restraining order, Talbot had been ordered to surrender any firearms in his possession, police said.
Talbot was booked into jail and was being held on $150,000 bail.
