A Davenport man is in jail today after being arrested Thursday on charges he secretly videotaped a juvenile masturbating then stored the pornography on his work computer.
Santa Cruz County sheriff's deputies arrested 30-year-old David Bauman at a home at 61 Ocean St. around 10:20 a.m.
The pornography implicating Bauman was found when his employer did a routine audit of Bauman's computer, deputies said.
Bauman had apparently hidden a pin camera in the bathroom of his home and filmed the minor, according to the sheriff's office.
The employer fired Bauman and notified the FBI, the sheriff's
office said.
Bauman is charged with depicting a minor conducting a sexual act,
using a concealed camera, and using a minor to perform prohibited acts.
