Man Robbed at Gunpoint Wednesday Night
The third armed robbery and the fifth victim this week.
A 21-year-old man walking by California Street and Walnut Avenue was held up at gunpoint, kicked and hit with a black revolver, Santa Cruz Police said.
The man was out at about 10:20 p.m. when two men approached him, pulled a gun and demanded everything he had on him.
The men were described as light-skinned Hispanics, both 18-22. One was 5 foot 8 inches tall, and the other 6 foot or 6 foot one inch tall. One wore a black hooded sweatshirt and long shorts; the other wore a t-shirt and jeans.
