Thursday:

4:19 a.m. - A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion for being under the influence of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Wednesday:

9:48 p.m. - A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of narcotics, possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe, petty theft, failure to appear and probation violation at the 400 block of Soquel Dr.

4:54 p.m. - A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of evading a police officer with disregard to safety, driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance, failure to yield to traffic at highway entrance, child cruelty, driving under the influence  of alcohol and drugs at 1770 Chanticleer Ave.

10:32 a.m. - A 38-year-old man was cited and released for conspiracy to commit a crime, forgery and controlled substance paraphernalia at 113 Lemos Ave.

3:07 a.m. - A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, hit-and-run with the possibility of death or injury and probation violation around the Live Oak area.

Tuesday:

5:42 p.m. - A 26-year-old person was arrested on suspicion of spousal battery, providing a false ID to police and possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe at the 700 block of Ocean St.

Monday:

6:32 p.m. - A 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of child cruelty.

2:14 a.m.  - A 21-year-old man was cited and released for disorderly conduct, vandalism and indecent exposure at Cedar and Locust St.

12:52 a.m. - A 31-year-old woman was cited and released for a driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs and hit and run with property damage at 345 High View Ct.

Sunday:

8:44 p.m. - A 25-year-old woman was cited and released for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe at the end of 18th Ave.

7:40 a.m. - A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft, and probation violation at 1555 Soquel Dr.

2:12 a.m. - A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and probation violation at Alexander and Beach St.

Saturday:

9:36 p.m. - A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion for reckless driving on a highway, failure to stop vehicle, exceeding the speed limit on highway, giving false information to police, and for obstructing an officer at 129 Felker St.

3:37 p.m. - A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary in the first degree at Soquel and Capitola Rd. extension.

2:35 a.m. - A 53-year-old man was cited and released for petty theft, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and probation violation at the 1700 block of 41st Ave.

Friday:

11:05 p.m. - A 18-year-old man was cited and released for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe at 701 Ocean St.

12:20 p.m. - A 20-year-old man was cited and released for theft at 259 Water St.

11:45 a.m. - A 25-year-old man was cited and released for possession of a controlled substance and for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 1245 Thompson.

5:17 a.m. - A 22-year-old man was cited and released for possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of sale, possession of concentrated cannabis, and driving with a suspended license at Soquel and 17th Ave.

Thursday, 5/26:

11:59 p.m. - A 19-year-old man was arrested near Natural Bridges on suspicion for obstructing a police officer, disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of alcohol, and for having a firearm at a public school.

8:51 p.m. - A 33-year-old man was arrested on Pacific Ave. on suspicion for petty theft and  failure to appear after a written promise.

7:08 p.m. - A 19-year-old man was cited and released for possession of marijuana for the purpose of sale at 115 Center St.

6:28 p.m. - A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and  probation violation at Dakota and Ocean St.

3:53 p.m. - A 58-year-old man was cited and released for being under the influence of a controlled substance at the 300 block of Mission Dr.

3:38 p.m. - A 33-year-old man was cited and released for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 2451 Cardinal Ln.

3:17 p.m.  - A 27-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion for being under the influence of a controlled substance and for probation violation at 2451 Cardinal Ln.
