Police Looking for Sexual Assault Suspect

Police issued a sketch Friday from a sexual assault on April 6.

Police are looking for a man who offered to walk a woman home he met in a bar downtown and then reportedly assaulted her.

The attack took place in the early morning of April 6 on the 600 block of Pacific Avenue. After the two had drinks together, the man offered to walk the 26-year-old woman home.

On their way, he led her to a dark driveway and made sexual advances, police said. When she refused, he forcibly assaulted her.

The man is described as of appearing Middle Eastern in his late 20s or early 30s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 150-170.

Police ask that anyone with information contact the Investigations Unit at (831) 420-5820.
