SCPD, Bakers & Butlers Attend National Police Week, Officers Memorial in Washington D.C.

Santa Cruz Police Chief Vogel, 12 SCPD personnel, along with members of Sgt. Loran "Butch" Baker's and Detective Elizabeth Butler's families spent this past week in Washington, D.C. to observe National Police Week and attend ceremonies at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial to honor those who were killed in the line of duty in 2013.
