Santa Cruz Police Look for Suspects Who Robbed a Man at Sunset Inn
Police say the couple held a gun to a man in his hotel room and made off with cash.
Santa Cruz Police are looking for a man and a woman who allegedly brandished a black handgun at a 46-year-old man in his motel room and stole his money Tuesday at 4:23 p.m.
The couple are described as a black woman, aged 17-18, 5 feet 9 inches tall, thin, wearing a white sweatshirt and dark baggy pants, and a black man, aged 19-20, 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 9 inches tall, thin, with dark short hair, a shirt with horizontal yellow and dark stripes, carrying a black automatic handgun with a chrome slide.
The pair were seen walking away. Police tried to find them with a dog, but were unsuccessful. No one was hurt.
