Ryan Mang reportedly told San Francisco Police he had been "all over the news" in Santa Cruz

When he was stopped in Santa Cruz on September 14 while an officer checked his driving record, Ryan Mang, 37, reportedly sped off with the officer stuck in his door and almost ran over the officer.

Sunday, San Francisco Police stopped Ryan Mang for an alcohol violation, but when they tried to arrest him, he ran away.

He was found with heroin and drug paraphrenalia, police said, and they found his Santa Cruz warrant. He's been booked into San Francisco County Jail and the two agencies are coordinating their cases.
