All-Day Budget Hearings Tuesday for Santa Cruz City Council

From 8:30 a.m. to after 5 p.m., you can watch how the city decides to slash its budget.

Tuesday is the day that city departments present their budgets to the City Council, and officials decide what stays and what is cut.
