For the locals by the locals, first planning meeting for computer learning & working center to give computer skills training to all levels for free or sliding scale!
Santa Cruz Web Marketing Team and other corporate sponsors are joining together to start a low cost/sliding scale computer learning/working center in Santa Cruz for all levels of technical background from children's classes that provide search and homework help with protection from online preditors to elderly classes teaching seniors and vets how to research medicines or get benefits to things as complex as high level Search Engine Optimization and Web design for business owners. We hope to offer something for everyone and to not exclude anyone based on income or disability. It is so important for those in our amazing commuity to pay it forward and invest in helping others less fortunate as well as educating ourselves to be better business owners and educate our children safely.
We hope that you will join us to sign up and volunteer your sevices, ideas, donations of any kind, and be part of our first planning meeting to identify the talents in the group and develop a leadership team, determine grant criteria and create goals for first steps in such an adventure. It can happen if enough of us participate and lend our talents, everyone of us is great at something lets put our skills together and help out community thrive!
