Chef Lauren Hoover-West and Dr. Brad West will talk about healthy vs. unhealthy fat and diet. Learn to make Buffalo Bourguignon Stew (buffalo is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than chicken and tastes like beef, and it’s free-range), Irish Soda Bread, and Raspberry Linzer Tart, along with Hot Chocolate.
