Holiday Cookie Class (Gluten, Dairy & Nut-free)
Take home a plate of cookies that are gluten-free, dairy-free, low glycemic index, and some that are nut-free, and all the recipes to prepare them. Join author & Chef Lauren Hoover-West for a hands-on cooking class. You will also learn about healthy alternative ingredients to flour, dairy and sugar.
